United States Phone In Orders: (Credit Card Only)
Orders can be phoned in to our Pennsylvania office Monday-Thursday from 12pm - 3pm Eastern Standard Time. Please have the Product Item #, Credit Card Information, shipping address and phone number available when calling in phone orders.


United States Mail In Orders: (Credit Card, Money Orders, and Personel Checks)

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail except for Custom Orders. A tracking number will be provided once your merchandise has shipped. Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within 3 days once they are shipped from Mister Cold. We are happy to accept orders by mail for United States residents. Fill out the Order Form and print a copy. Fill in the shipping info from the shipping chart for your state. You can then mail your invoice and payment to:

MisterCold.com will not process orders placed with a personal check until the check has cleared our account.


Refund Policy

Refunds....No Problem!

Should you have reason to return your merchandise, simply email the reason that you are requesting a refund to CustomerService@MisterCold.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You may also call the "Phone In Orders" number listed above between 12pm and 3pm EST, Monday-Friday.

We are happy to give refunds if you are not 100% satisfied with your Mister Cold products.
