Problem!
Should you have
reason to return your merchandise, simply email the reason that
you are requesting a refund to CustomerService@MisterCold.com within
30 days of receiving your order. You may also call the "Phone
In Orders" number listed above between 12pm and 3pm EST, Monday-Friday.
We are happy
to give refunds if you are not 100% satisfied with your Mister
Cold products.
